Hometown Urgent Care & Occupational Health is proud to be Ohio's largest urgent care company, with 32 clinics across the state serving communities in Akron, Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northeast Ohio. We offer comprehensive, affordable healthcare for the whole family — open 7 days a week with extended weekday and weekend hours. Walk in or schedule ahead. Our care costs significantly less than the ER and hospital-based urgent cares.

We combine the convenience and accessibility you've come to expect from our urgent care clinics with the depth and continuity of a dedicated primary care practice. We offer extended hours, same and next-week appointments, and weekend availability. Over 60% of patients in the communities we serve don't have a primary care physician — we're changing that. Now accepting new patients of all ages.

Our Men's Health Program through Vibrance by Hometown is specifically designed for men 35 and older who are experiencing symptoms of low testosterone — including fatigue, depression, low energy, decreased sex drive, and reduced physical stamina. Our customized testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) treatment plan helps restore your energy levels, increase physical and sexual stamina, and support your overall wellness journey. Choose from in-person or telehealth appointments.

Our behavioral health services are integrated within our primary care model, ensuring that patients receive whole-person care. We provide mental health screenings, counseling services, and coordinated care for anxiety, depression, stress, and other behavioral health conditions — all in a familiar, trusted healthcare setting. A dedicated behavioral health domain is coming soon.
Women's Health
Coming Q4 2026
Hometown Health is launching dedicated women's health services as part of Hometown Primary Care in Q4 2026. Our women's health program will provide comprehensive, compassionate care designed around the unique health needs of women at every stage of life — from adolescence through menopause and beyond. Services will be offered at Hometown Primary Care locations across Ohio.
